I came to these apartments a few years back looking to rent and was completely ignored and treated as if my application didnt matter Since then I am now looking for a rental and come across these apartments again and decided to give it another shot which was a great idea because they have new management who actually give you the time of day and care I ran into the maintenance guy and he was incredibly friendly and helpful The manager is super friendly and professional and actually looked over my application and gave me some hopenId really love to become apart of this community they keep the grounds very well kept and clean and very quiet and that is what I would love to call home

Not sure why this place has so many good reviews All i did was call to ask about availability and requirements They are listed on a county affordable housing list so i was calling to inquire about the type of people they work with The woman i spoke to was extremely rude when answering my questions and kept talking over me as i was trying to kindly explain my

Not sure why this place has so many good reviews All i did was call to ask about availability and requirements They are listed on a county affordable housing list so i was calling to inquire about the type of people they work with The woman i spoke to was extremely rude when answering my questions and kept talking over me as i was trying to kindly explain my situation Then when she finally did listen she explained they only except top notch people and that i didnt fit that requirement I wasnt expecting that as a first impression nor would i want to sit on their wait list thats a year and a half long after speaking to her Its sad that the people currently living here are managed by such selfish cruel people
