Case workers never answer the phone never return calls 2 months ago i went through this same process of calling them going to their office during business hours just to find out they where close on days they was supposed to be open So i took it upon my self to call and make complaints to fair housing I get a call back from fair housing after a week They aske 2022-01-10T09:19:22Z
Case workers never answer the phone never return calls 2 months ago i went through this same process of calling them going to their office during business hours just to find out they where close on days they was supposed to be open So i took it upon my self to call and make complaints to fair housing I get a call back from fair housing after a week They asked me what happen and provide proof I had recordings of me calling them leaving voicemails videos of me going to the office and they was close on the days they was suppose to be open They investigated it and i made it clear that if nothing was done about the workers i was going to make it known world wide of going to the news facebook twitter My case worker was fired and i was provided another one and now im going through the same thing again So in the morning i will be contacting fair housing complaints again more ... hide ...

The 22 and 23 busses pass Ralston Tower every 15 minutes during the day Both go down McHenry to Standiford The 22 turns at Standiford McHenry Village Target and goes to the mall The 23 goes straight up McHenry by the Walmart and Golden Corral Good transit options at this place

After years of experience with this place I have the following opinions to share These two large apt buildings are infested with bugs First there were roaches then the fleas arrived and now bedbugs are in several apts and in the office The other thing I can say is the apts are poorly managed The manager is rude and doesnt know how to properly address people 2022-05-23T05:21:18Z
After years of experience with this place I have the following opinions to share These two large apt buildings are infested with bugs First there were roaches then the fleas arrived and now bedbugs are in several apts and in the office The other thing I can say is the apts are poorly managed The manager is rude and doesnt know how to properly address people The manager and maintenance staff arent wearing masks while they are in the buildings they interact constantly with the seniors and visitors with no personal protective face covering The recreation coordinator is the only bright spot at this facility I have adjust my review to one star This facility has no regard for its elderly residents After months of complaining about the heaterAC unit not working the management has failed to fix the problem In my personal opinion this is not somewhere that you would have loved ones living at more ... hide ...
