A very nice place for seniors BUT the front office staff has a BAD ATTITUDE VERY DISRESPECTFUL I am new coming into this facility therefore I am not familiar with the facilitys policy but I guess that is not a valid excuse for the office staff I walked by the front office and instead of giving me a friendly reminder to wear a mask she called out my grandma w 2022-08-06T00:22:15Z
A very nice place for seniors BUT the front office staff has a BAD ATTITUDE VERY DISRESPECTFUL I am new coming into this facility therefore I am not familiar with the facilitys policy but I guess that is not a valid excuse for the office staff I walked by the front office and instead of giving me a friendly reminder to wear a mask she called out my grandma who is sick in front of other customers From the start of the conversation she had a BAD ATTITUDE when I did nothing wrong Who ever she was her attitude was unnecessary and she racial profiled me assuming that I knew Spanish I am not fluent in Spanish I am new person coming into the facility and I did not deserve this persons UNMANNERLY IMPOLITE RUDENESS This is a really nice place but beware of the FRONT OFFICE STAFF more ... hide ...
