These are fairly new senior housing apartments in downtown Oroville that are maintained I have been to several of their functions in the community room

Nothing gets fixed my friend has only one outlet in the kitchen and only one in living room that work all others dont her fridge door wont close properly so you can see the light on at all times through the opening by door and the AC cant get the bedrooms cool at all and they dont allow any personal AC in the windows

A really good place to live The cleanliness of the apartment outdoor area as well as the manager and the handyman along with everything else has made living here very pleasant
