I live here the worst place I have ever lived the place has bed bugs everywhere cockroach s theres an apartment I live next to that smells so bad that it literally comes through my walls and makes me gag the owners and management wont take care of the place or problems there is human waste on the carpets broken glass on sidewalks so you cant even walk your d 2017-07-30T20:33:55Z

I am so very disappointed in this community I have been working with the office manager for several months to find an apartment for me when available Since I moved to California from out of state it took many back and forth emails phone calls and much much paperwork I was recently denied an apartment because Woodcreek Terrace could not verify my employment I 2020-03-11T04:17:15Z
I am so very disappointed in this community I have been working with the office manager for several months to find an apartment for me when available Since I moved to California from out of state it took many back and forth emails phone calls and much much paperwork I was recently denied an apartment because Woodcreek Terrace could not verify my employment I work for Walgreens Something is not quite right with the selection of tenants and I just want future tenants to be aware of this discrimination I am so sorry for this review Thank you Louisa you are awesomennI would like to retract my previous review I found out Walgreens actually was the culprit with my job verification Apparently the company made some changes to the process Unfortunately Woodcreek Terrace as well as myself were not notified of the new plan After many calls to corporate we finally found a person outside of the HR Department to help us out I wish to apologize to Woodcreek Terrace Apartments and all the staff plus residents This looks like a beautiful place to live and I am still hopeful I may one day find a home here Thank you more ... hide ...

I am current tenant at Colonial Village Apartments and I love it here The Property Manager Amber is completely professional and nice She is a very understanding person and she goes out her way for her tenants I would recommend these apartments to any who is looking for a safe and quite environment

I have tried to connect with this senior housing project several times and have hit a rude brick wall every time No onsite office hours offered no place to pick up an application no info as to how to get on a wait list They dont want you to talk to a human Very discouraging And this is I believe a public agency

I cant say enough good things about this place My dad who lost his wife 5 years ago lived at Sutter Terrace for almost 5 years and unfortunately we had to move him out today due to his failing health It was absolutely heartbreaking Not only the staff but also the residences who live at Sutter Terrace treated my dad with such loving kindness and thoughtfuln 2020-01-31T01:30:25Z
