Stopped by to check out the facility for my Mom Manager was nice and took her time to explain everything I needed to know to get an application filled out and turned in The building looks very clean comfortable and friendly Talked to a couple of current residents and they all seemed to enjoy living there Cant wait for Mom to live in such a nice environment

If I could rate this place zero stars I definitely would my family and I have been living here for over four years now and honestly the service is horrible they give you a beat up apartment and honestly theres not many benefits to living here Kids are not allowed to use their skateboards bikes or scooters not even in the park area and on top of that security here is very minimal weve had our cars broken into two times in our apartment broken into and theyve only told us the same answer for all those times Im so sorry but theres nothing we can do have you filed a police report When you do let us know so that we can put it in our report Recently our apartment has a major leak in the ceiling and our first maintenance person who came in to check on it said that it was considered an emergency however this emergency has been taking more than one day to fix management doesnt even have good communication with their staff members because whenever I call about it they say oh I wasnt aware of that or I didnt know Other than that they are super picky about what people put on their porches but only for certain people my mom will put a plant on the balcony in our property and the next day or sometimes that very same day they already have a note on our door saying that is breaking protocol or breaking the rules and we have to take it down while other people when I walk around they have plants hanging they have clothes on the balcony they have a whole bunch of stuff and Ive never seen them take it down one time since Ive been there so I will go to the office and ask them why do we have to take it down when other people still have it up if its so important to the rules and all they say is oh well we havent seen them yet Ill send my people over there so that they can see and they can report to me but youre the only apartment that weve seen so far which is a complete lie because there are tons of other apartments next to the office that you can easily see when you come over to my apartment so I definitely dont recommend you living in this apartment Also we have laundry mats to wash her clothes but are always broken and if theyre fixed the money card machine is always broken so at this point we have to go to other apartments or if we purchase another card from the office thats five dollars more we dont get no discounts for that which is their mistake and should give compensation for it limited parking and space overall
