Rosedown is a quiet and clean community to live in The floor plans offer a good variety the water pressure is great most of the people are courteous and polite and there is enough parking for guests The office is open daily Management and custodial personnel are polite and helpful The playground offers children a place to play The pool and work out room offers adults a place to relax The laundry is kept clean and operable Moreover the community feels free from the blatant use of drugs so you wont walk around being harassed by the smell of narcotics or see smoked cigarettes thrown on the ground Indoors you dont hear the neighbors noise The insulation of the apartments is great The only reason there arent 5 stars is that covered parking is not regulated so that residents with 2 and more cars dont take more than one space Some residents abuse this horrendously in that they take 2 or more spaces That needs to be changed so that every household has the opportunity to park under 1 covered area Moreover residents visitors should park in the uncovered spaces only Its quite disheartening to see one household take 2 or 3 covered spaces That should change Hopefully it will soon

I have lived here for almost 3 years but since August of this year is when I started having problems The rent is too expensive to keep getting ignored or over looked when it comes to repairs being done My air conditioner went out in August and maintenance put job completed even though my air wasnt fixed I put in a work order for my light over my stove and chipped paint in my tub along with cracks that leaks and thats still isnt fixed Then 1026 the upstairs over ran there water so that I had water coming through the light fixture in my kitchen as well as wall socket I reported it they came and opened up the holes but still havent repaired anything Maintenance came over a couple of days ago and looked around and had me put in another request for things that they found that needs to be fixed but once again havent heard from them or the office The way you get treated here is horrible it has definitely affected my health

I lived there for 5 years and in that 5 years i lived in fear my children lived in fear My oldest son got attacked my some kids outside They pulled his pants down and stuffed grass up his butt It was load nasty trash poop and on several occasions i saw used condoms just laying all over the place I think the managment got to overwhelmed they just stopped car
