My wife and I lived at Bellwood with our 3 children from August 2015 through early January 2016 The apartment itself was in pretty descent condition with some cosmetic damage but nothing that was really undesirable Our neighbors mostly kept to themselves but were very kind and quiet The property is pretty small so all though you may not know everybody you 2016-01-19T23:22:48Z
My wife and I lived at Bellwood with our 3 children from August 2015 through early January 2016 The apartment itself was in pretty descent condition with some cosmetic damage but nothing that was really undesirable Our neighbors mostly kept to themselves but were very kind and quiet The property is pretty small so all though you may not know everybody you can at least become familiar with most of the tenants We felt that this really promoted a sense of security and accountability amongst the community as a whole During our short stay there we never had anything stolen and nothing was every damaged We never heard of or saw any crime on the property including vandalized vehicles There were several kids that would play outside regularly of all ages and they were all pretty well behaved We never really had any maintenance issues so I cant give a fair review for them however their maintenance crew was made up of nice gentlemen The only drawback to living at this property was that the office was rarely open The staff operated at another property which is more or less their headquarters It wasnt a major issue but sometimes it would have been nice to have access to management in personnnWhere I was most impressed with Bellwood Park was the move out process The management worked with us to assist us in moving into another Wasatch property and was extremely fair with the move out costs My wife and I worked hard to leave the apartment in as clean of a condition as possible and our efforts were recognized with the management issuing a refund of our deposit minus the cost of carpet cleaning which was expectednnVery pleased with our overall experienced and I highly recommend Bellwood Park to others especially those with children Furthermore my wife and I are grateful for the management and their consideration throughout our stay more ... hide ...

Ive been living here for a year now I have heard a lot of negative comments about Varenna both online and from residents I honor their opinions but I have personally not had any problems to this time I think they have a good calendar of activities for the residents Paula who runs the programs is kind and very open to ideasnnIt is true that there are frequent inspections of the apartments but this is not the fault of the owners or the managers these are required by law in order to get the affordable rents This doesnt mean I necessarily agree with all the intrusions but I accept that it probably helps avoid problems before they become seriousnnIm happy here as far as the apartment and the managers do keep the property in top order They even have an interesting feature you dont find in most complexes a walking path through a gardened area There are two sections on the property where some of the residents grow plantsnnI wish the swimming pool was open for more than 2 months a year but it really doesnt get much use it seemsnnI also wish this neighborhood was more pedestrianfriendly for those of us dependent on walking and public transportation There are some deficiencies in sidewalks as well as crossings at busy intersections but that is a problem to be solved by the countynnOverall my experience has been very good Again my take I respectfully request that you please consider also the other reviews just to be completely fair and to honor everyones experiencesnnOf course I reserve the right to revise and update this review as events warrant more ... hide ...

Manager is rude Doesnt care about her tenants just money and the maintenance man never fixes anything correctly or on time Save yourself the trouble and live some where else
