Have been waiting for a two bedroom apartment for over a year now A 2 BR came available December 2018 and we were promised that apartment We were told wed be moving in by the end of December In January 2019 we were told 2 weeks after inquiring about the apartment In February we asked again and again was told two weeks In March and April we were asked if we wanted that apartment to which we said yes In July 2019 we were told the weekend after next would be our move in date My wife asked again toward ths end July and the maintenance person told her it would be ready in 2 weeks I asked the maintenance person at the end of July when we were to take occupancy He said soon This apartment has been sitting empty since December of last year and nothing is done to make this unit available for occupancy Our apartment that we took on a temporary basis until a two bedroom came available hasnt even have the smoke detector hooked up electrical plates not replaced two of four burners on our stove doesnt work no towel bars in bathroom toilet paper dispenser ready to fall off oven handle ready to fall off TWO WEEKS AGO I PLACED A MAINTENANCE REQUEST BECAUSE OUR AIR CONDITIONER IS NOT WORKING nothing was donennIF YOU THINK AUBURN SQUARE SENIOR APARTMENTS HAS YOUR BEST INTEREST think again folks This place has leaks into apartments plumbing back ups where toilets overflow in the downstairs units homeless people walk around the parking areas looking into parked vehicles and rummaging through the dumpsters Theres an electric gate at the front entrance but the gate is left open FOR ALL TO COME IN AT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHTnnHey if you are unfortunate enough to land a unit here good luck more ... hide ...

I usually dont do anything much online except talk to my kids by email but when I saw the nasty review by what lies within I had to say something I recognize who that is from the dog in the photo Shame on him That gentleman has only lived at our apartment for what couldnt be more than a few months He doesnt get along with other neighbors and doesnt follow the rules He is only trying to create problems We would rate him zero stars if we could I on the other hand have lived here for almost a decade Our apartments are well taken care of The girls in the office are here every day and I dont know how they put up with all of this madness I am thankful for my apartment When I call for a work order I am always taken care of Sure we have had our share of problems but I know that the workers do the best they can to address any issues we have I think some times people need to go live some where else and they will be more grateful for what they have here Take it from some one who has lived here long enough to make that call more ... hide ...
