Rent is increasing they want nothing in OUR so called private porches they claim as amenity on their website They also claim extra storage but there is no extra storage Theres like 5 storage units but they are taken and there is a long waiting list the only storage we had was the storage outside in our porch but they have recently taken THAT away as well Wa 2018-02-15T01:01:51Z

The man at the front desk was very discouraging and unpleasant I can see now why they are always vacant because he is so quick to deny you like its bothering him to rent a room to you He calculated my income wrong and told me that I didnt qualify I dont know if he did that on purpose but he told me that I make too much he didnt want to see any of my paperwor 2021-05-15T21:27:32Z
