Im a single mom of one and this is my honest review since moving into this complex back in August 2020 I really appreciate Sombra who works in the leasing office She is very honest and takes her time answering all my questions and concerns because of her I do feel valued as a renter This community is safe enough for my 9 year old son to play outside or to do his school work in the community room I love the amenities in my apartment the color schemes etc I work 50 hours a week and it makes it worth it to be able to come home here I feel at peace in my placennNeighbors are neighbors and everyone has their own style of living but for the most part everyone is friendly and keeps to themselves Living in any apartment you have to learn to live with others I do not mind loud music partys or kids running around at any time of the day because this is what I signed up for when living in an apartment People have lives and I do not get bothered easily like somennOverall I love living here and having Sombra as my point of contact is a plusnnThe only negative is parking there is not many guest parking here and around the apartment it is controlled by the town homes so some of the public street parking isnt public its owned by the condo owners next door so it is a bummer when my boyfriend or family come visit me If La Moraga can try to find there way around that and request more guest parking that would be great more ... hide ...

This is a nice seniorlow income apartmentTere are community hall computer room reading room and fitness center etc in the apartment so that many senior people like to live

Seems like a friendly place I had a customer who needed a little work on his van The apartments gave us no greif and we saved him at least 200 No mess no oil everything was left cleaner than when we started Thank you managment it really helps the pocket book when allowed to do such things Even if only small work and no fluids
