Worst place ive ever lived in avoid this at all costs When we moved in there were rude neighbors and its very noisy at night and morning cause of the company next to us Apartment hot water is broken and is only on extremely hot or extremely cold never in between Also apartments are filled with roaches and ants and the landlord here doesnt want to do anything

Terramina square is a gated community very clean quiet animal and kids friendly underground parking I have been here for 10 years and have had two other managers in office that left and now we have a new ones corporate office need to review her and her people meetings skills she is not Pleasant with interacting with people thats my thought on it if you would like to come and see this place its very nice I like how the apartment is set up but with kitchen exhaust it blows back out towards the fire alarm if you do not have the back door open the fire alarm will go off it is located in a good location where you have access to light rail versus thanks schools and very access supposed to the freeways has a very pleasant people in here they take Section 8 and go on low income is considered affordable housing they have elevators for the third story buildings do not have to walk up stairs very nice the only thing is when you have kids playing with the elevator and they break them down that is because of parents not watching their kids they have a barbecue area and in the back a Swing set area for kids and jungle gym to play in that only thing I have a problem with is when parents do not watch their kids and the kids destroy the outside and vandalism I really do like these apartments I would recommend them and you cant make up your mind what you think of them this is how I feel about them very nice spacious Apartments two bedrooms are great bedrooms are split apart with living room in the middle two bathrooms one in master bedroom and the other by small bedroom the only thing that is wrong is no windows in the kitchen area you only have Windows in the bedroom and living room back side of Apartments the apt are reasonable price for them
