Horrible service I was scheduled and told that I would be able to move in on a Friday I double check to make sure with Luis thats I can move in on a FridayWhen I show up for my appointment and they said that I need to be approved and wont be able to move in It made no sense because I showed up to there office on Wednesday so I can double check with Luis that

Horrible service I was scheduled and told that I would be able to move in on a Friday I double check to make sure with Luis thats I can move in on a FridayWhen I show up for my appointment and they said that I need to be approved and wont be able to move in It made no sense because I showed up to there office on Wednesday so I can double check with Luis that I can move in on the 10th I had to turn around with all my items in a moving truck and pay for the moving truck plus miles and for the movers and I still have figure out what I am supposed to do for the entire weekend because of them now Im homeless until they call me back on a MONDAY all they can do for use is telling us they understand and gaved us a temporary parking pass so that We can live in in there parking lot until Monday because of Luis giving us false hope

I have lived at Sienna for 6 years I have had my share of repairs needed but the good thing is when I call the office to speak to the manager he makes sure that they are taken care of the same day or the next day The manager is always willing to try to resolve any issue that I have but only can do so much as I did chose to live in an apartment with neighbors
