This place is poorly managed The turnover at this complex is so bad due to them mistreating tenants in their living condition Manager Mia allows tenants to live with clogged pipes Roaches constantly live amongst tenants The manager Mia refuses to call a plumber This place is poorly managed and the people who live here deserve better Its so sad seeing the older generation live this way Its unfortunate to have a complex of employees who care nothing about the tenants and are constantly posting notes on peoples door threatening to evict them Even though the complex has them living in poor conditions Recognize that you are housing those who are vulnerable and respect that without taking advantage of these people These are humans who live here not rats or raccoons living in inhabitable conditions

Its very unfortunate that Le Mirador Senior Housing management does not respond to tenants need with respect Always trying to find excuse not to take care of them Not reliable in service Not following through with requests I will be escalating ongoing issues with Housing Authority as we dont have another choice If you have other choices for leaving do not ch

Ive been a longtime resident at Villa The Manager is amazing and has really turned this complex around where its nice to call this place home Some people may have reservations about the complex being so close to Levi Stadium but once you live here you figure out ways to get around the little traffic
