I am extremely disappointed in this organization Today I was informed that my two toddlers and I am now homeless starting tomorrow I was told last week by a letter in the mail that I was moving into the new ironwork apartments in slo tomorrow at 5pm I was even given my unit number and everything I currently have all of my 2 and 3 year olds and my own belongi

I am extremely disappointed in this organization Today I was informed that my two toddlers and I am now homeless starting tomorrow I was told last week by a letter in the mail that I was moving into the new ironwork apartments in slo tomorrow at 5pm I was even given my unit number and everything I currently have all of my 2 and 3 year olds and my own belongings packed in a trailer ready to move I received a phone call this evening at 507pm night before move in date saying that I was not going to be able to move in tomorrow because the woman who had to verify my information had just received my fileagain the night before move in day I had my interview 2 months ago and was approved 1 month ago but my file was just now in the hands of the person who had to verify my information I informed the woman by the name of mirabelle that I was going to be homeless starting tomorrow and she told me that she didnt even want to rent to me anymore due to my attitude but she would speak to her supervisor and call me right back An hour later mirabelle called me back to inform me that her supervisor did not approve and I would have to wait for someone to call me back next week to make an appointment to look at my file As you can imagine they turned my whole world upside down in a matter of a few minutes and they had zero remorse while doing so As a true low income single mother and resident to the county my whole life I am appalled with this inhumane organization

The administrators have favorites and Sandy Medhurst LIES like crazy They violate your civil rights and intimidate you so everyone is afraid to say anything I am NOT afraid to face them but they have succeed in making my existence miserable They are violating my civil rights with my service dogs and refuse to refund my pet fee which they have no right to

Great complex outstanding manager and a comfortable homennIn my time living here over the past majority of the year my experience has been nothing short of pleasant My few maintenance needs were swiftly addressed and timely in being taken care of The environment is peaceful and welcoming complimented by the friendly housing director on site Having grown up living in houses rented out by property management I have no trouble assessing the quality of the management thats present That being said VaB apartments have remarkable standards and were very easy to work with during the move in process I couldnt be more thankful for my opportunity to be part of this community
