After five years of renting multiple units with this company anywhere from 46 large units at any time for five years I was informed today that new management will not allow me to have a PODS branded pod on site for one day next week to load my goods for shipment to New York They do not want competitive brands on site This is selfish and commercially stupid a

After five years of renting multiple units with this company anywhere from 46 large units at any time for five years I was informed today that new management will not allow me to have a PODS branded pod on site for one day next week to load my goods for shipment to New York They do not want competitive brands on site This is selfish and commercially stupid as it does not put the customer first In fact it is causing me huge inconvenience additional expense and further delays Over the years I have recommended this facility to many of my friends now I would advise you not to use Santa Monica Mini Storage New management will not respect your needs as a customernThis review is not about Danita and Nick who manage the facility daytoday and are excellent but whoever the faceless new management are behind the scenes making dumb decisions

I have to give the Towers 5 starsnI live there Sure the rules are fairly strict but if we all obey them then it is to the benefit of all the tenants The building management keeps the building and facilities clean and tidy If you need some kind of repair it is often done within 24 hours The rents are subsidized and there are no utility water electric fees s
