This is the first time I post a review in the Santa Rosa City Bus and sadly it has to be a bad reviewnI got in bus number 10 because my phone told me that bus 10 changed to bus 3 but when I got in I forgot to ask the bus driver if she was going to change to bus 3 Before the bus started engine it said route 10 and I asked her the driver to please open the doo

This is the first time I post a review in the Santa Rosa City Bus and sadly it has to be a bad reviewnI got in bus number 10 because my phone told me that bus 10 changed to bus 3 but when I got in I forgot to ask the bus driver if she was going to change to bus 3 Before the bus started engine it said route 10 and I asked her the driver to please open the doors that I was in the wrong bus and I told her my problem but she just didnt minded Even other people on the bus ask and told her to open the door before going on the route and she just didnt I had a job interview in 40 minutes and I had missed it because she didnt cared about what riders want or say When she was two street away from the Transit Mall she suddenlyrealized I was upset and asked a passenger what was going on to what the passenger responded he got I the wrong bus he have been telling you but you didnt open the door and the bus driver said well I cant open the door here we are in the middle of the streetnIt is not possible and or acceptable that she does things like that just because she is the driver There was no noise when I asked for the door to be opened the bus was not on yet and lots of other passengers helped me asked her to open the door she just didnt cared about me or my problemnI have the bus number and the time I was dropped out in the first stop as well as the time I border the bus in the transit mall I asked for he drivers ID number or her name but she didnt wanted to give it to me and when I said Im going to take a photo of the bus she closed the door and accelerate really fastnCityBus Route 10nBus Number 24407nTransit Mall time of border 1009amnBus Stop SR80388 drop off time 1020amnShe gave me a transfer even though I had paid with my clipper card She didnt even said sorry nor apologise

Management here has been caught red handed by my lawyer holding time sensitive documents until they defaulted for the purpose of issuing a 10 day Notice of eviction This is only one of many many complaints against her personally This same person has lost rent checks on numerous occasions and then issued 10 day notices of eviction like they are candy Worst ma
