Who ever applied more then 3 years ago and still havent been called you need to go and talk to the county or the owner the staff in the office are giving favoritisms to the ones that are in the United and putting their family memebers on top of the list for food and giftsthe office staff and Kristina need to get fired for doing this

Just moved my mom out of here today She lived here for 16 years She was one of the original tenants To say the place has gone downhill dramatically is an understatement We put her on an internal list to move her down stairs 8 years ago 6 years ago we gave the complex a letter from her doctor saying she needed to move downstairs for medical reasons 4 years ago they said they had a downstairs unit for her but couldnt find the original letter so another one was given to them They never moved her 2 years ago they said she was getting the next available unit but they couldnt be sure when that would be so they would renovate her unit but we had to pay 100 to move her belongings inout it never happened Oh and could we please provide a letter since it must have been misplaced her doctor sent it over for the 3rd time A few months ago the newest manager was of no help either Meanwhile other tenants are being moved without doctors notes and units are being renovated The last few years turnover of staff has been ridicules They are not ADA compliant My mom has been deaf since birth We gave up trying to get them to install or let us install safety features to alert her when there is someone at the door or gawd forbid there was a fire More then once someone has let themselves into her unit for legit reasons scaring her half to death because she didnt know they were at the door They dont return phone calls and are not there for the tenants in person when they need them And this is all PRE COVID Its such a shame because it use to be such a nice place
