Honestly for the environment these apartments are the workers by far are the hardest I have ever met Sarah personally helped me find hope in finding a new home for me and my 4 kids We were homeless living in a shelter when I found these apartments My kids love her and whatever I need she always asks maintenance to get She makes sure all her tenants are taken care of as does maintenance We see him every morning before the sun rises sometimes sweeping and cleaning the grounds Once we even saw him helping kittens move from underneath a car Management is beyond professional and caring thats understatement for these two They have made it clear that they are here for us people Of course in this location theres going to be downfalls as she said before its not perfect but for a starting family like myself and my kids its close enough to it She keeps us up to date about covid regulations and about local food banks and resources that some of my neighbors have no clue about I definitely would recommend housing to anyone who is just starting out or is in need of home Even if she doesnt have any open apartments she will give you options to other places locally and some in Sacramento Shes very dedicated and that Im very grateful more ... hide ...

UPDATE even though I received a call from Mrs Grey I still amleft with more questions than answers If she was aware that I had no taxable income which would deny my STIMULUS payments than WHY did she waste both my and her time by filling out the 540 form and telling me before I left that day that I was eligible for the 2nd STIMULUS payment Makes nosense but 2021-10-20T02:01:04Z
