I have lived here for almost a year now and we are under new management These new people that have been here havent been keeping up with the upkeep and appearance of the grounds They have already been here for a little over a few months now I dont know how they expect people to want to move in here Theyr really first big decision here was to raise the rent a 2016-09-01T23:00:26Z
I have lived here for almost a year now and we are under new management These new people that have been here havent been keeping up with the upkeep and appearance of the grounds They have already been here for a little over a few months now I dont know how they expect people to want to move in here Theyr really first big decision here was to raise the rent and that change takes effect this September They always stay cooped up in the office and arent very sociablenThe maintenance guy I knew as Kevin has left as well The big trash cans for recycle and waste were always tidied and put back in place Nowadays it is overfilled and spilled around the surrounding area There is always trash scattered on the grass as well He had always swept out front the area surrounding the gate He also checks the entire apartment complex and sweeps and picks up trash as needed He did so every morning around 8am everyday Old management also had people coming in weekly to mow the lawns and trim the bushes I have had my lights cut out before and Kevin was helpful in fixing that right away I have also been locked out of my apartment on more than one occasion and I felt comfortable enough to go to him for help Why Because I have respect for him and I know that he is willing to help menI dont know about others apartments but my apartment is bug free I feel like I have more to say but this about sums it upnAlso dont move here because people will steal your mail It has happened to me on numerous occasions There are thieves here but there are worst problems here more ... hide ...
