Twice my name has been at the top of the list now i got the appointment letter and both times nobody was there no one returns my calls or is in the office I dont understand I need a place to live

I have lived here for about a year and a half now The previous landlord was fair and tried to do her best with the lack of help the owner gave But they are in a toss up right now and it SHOWS We paid our rent and then a day before it was due came up with some BS 288 charge with NO WARNING So now we owe them a ridiculous rent WITH the added late fee from the 2019-08-30T00:36:47Z
