I write this for my cousin who lives in Tulare Apartments She likes the apartments but is having problems in arranging repairs and maintenance She has had a leaking pipe in the bathroom sink and collects the dripping water in a cup COVID makes it difficult to talk to the management staff so she has left voice mail on 2 occasions and wrote a letter and put 2021-04-15T09:39:37Z
