I love Silvercrest The rooms are spacious except for the kitchen which is small They have a beautiful back yard grounds with new patio furniture and room for outdoor dining The activities are great Yesterday was National SMores and management gave us the ingredients to make a SMore in our microwave They were yummy We have bingo dominoes and other games Pets 2022-08-12T08:15:15Z

These are supposed to be low and income apartments where people pay according to their income I took my brother who is on permanent disability to apply for an apartment When he said he has an 18 year old son who was not working yet he was told that his income was not high enough to meet their low and income standards She seemed to interested in helping hi 2015-04-15T20:31:40Z

My wife and I live here and we love the picturesque building and our neighbors This place is like a community As well as it is safe at night and office hours in the daytime We do dinners monthly And visit with friends when possible we can be as private or as social as we want to be and a quiet place to live The service work gets done in timely manner We love 2018-08-10T03:34:11Z

Really good place to stay and great manager but my only two negative thoughts are that there is no public pool in this area I understand they might have had some issues in the past with the pool but in the summer I think we could really use one And the smoking is a really big issue its supposed to be a smoking free area but every time you walk around the bu 2019-07-05T18:38:54Z
Really good place to stay and great manager but my only two negative thoughts are that there is no public pool in this area I understand they might have had some issues in the past with the pool but in the summer I think we could really use one And the smoking is a really big issue its supposed to be a smoking free area but every time you walk around the building or take your car all you smell is weed or you see people smoking cigarettes and there is many children and adults that could be allergic to the smell If that stopped then I would give the place a 5 star but the smoking is really a huge thing many people deal with Also the people saying negative stuff about the parking completely false in my opinion because there is plenty of area to park your car and theres even a garage for every resident who lives her so I dont get what all the fuss is about and its a really calming neighborhood you can have all the peace and quiet you need more ... hide ...
