This review is long overdue but wanted to take a moment to give credit where credit is due Los Robles has done so much for my family and we are eternally grateful While it may not be perfect do to tenants not management I have to say that it has been very professionally maintained and very well managed The staff here really do all that they can for the resid

This review is long overdue but wanted to take a moment to give credit where credit is due Los Robles has done so much for my family and we are eternally grateful While it may not be perfect do to tenants not management I have to say that it has been very professionally maintained and very well managed The staff here really do all that they can for the residents from the property manager to the office staff to the maintenance team They really allocate their resources and pass on so much of the benefits to the residents Without going into specifics Their are a ton of programs designed to assist residents in every way imaginable And it has always been this way since we moved in years ago They go above and beyond to help residents and care for the community We truly appreciate all of you at Los Robles and thank you truly for all that you do It does not go unnoticed and really goes a very long way Thank you Betsy Kelly Brian Jamie and Inga for caring about our community

Received an email from this place that was intended for someone else This was no fault to the leasing office for the person giving the wrong email However Mikayla was very short and rude on the phone when I called to let them know they had the wrong email address I was attempted to contact by phone to do the right thing She sounded very annoyed and went through this whole thing about my girlfriend this and that Im single giving out far too much information before confirming who was on the phone Stated I sounded like the other person but made no attempt to ask verifying questions I live in Florida the apartment complex is in California that she represents This complex should be embarrassed to have someone answer the phone in the way that she did even if she was annoyed about something she probably told her I rented client 500 times Poor customer service attitude was projected
