The staff is very rude and very unprofessional I understand that the office has been closed since the pandemic hit but I just went over to give a copy of my insurance card for which they have been wrongly charging me for yet I already gave it to them I rang the bell knocked on the door but those guys inside decided to ignore me I could literally hear them laugh and walk around inside but refused to come and attend to a resident for just one minute I hate to use the race card but honestly I felt looked down on ignored and disregarded because of the color of my skin This is what we have to deal with every day of our lives even during a black history month I never bother these people but to treat me this way was wrong on many levels more ... hide ...

The rental manager Kimberly was superfriendly and helpful Even though I didnt personally qualify its great that places like this are helping to build a local arts scene in Vallejo
