Apartment was nice maintenance was good Not necessarily worth the price but at least it was well keptnnHowever when moving out they decided to keep a majority of our security deposit 500 even though we clean the apartment and left it how we got it We were only there for 1 year and kept it in pristine condition and cleaned as they asked so were very disappoin

Apartment was nice maintenance was good Not necessarily worth the price but at least it was well keptnnHowever when moving out they decided to keep a majority of our security deposit 500 even though we clean the apartment and left it how we got it We were only there for 1 year and kept it in pristine condition and cleaned as they asked so were very disappointed that they still kept the deposit The contract states that they wont deduct beyond standard ware and tear yet they still did So while you may be offered some discounted incentive such as 1 month free make sure to factor the deduction of security deposit into any rent costsnnMy suggestion is if theyre going to deduct for cleaning anyway might as well let them doing it all and dont waste your timennAlso in terms of costs be aware there are lot of hidden costs ie Shared cost for Trash and utilities of the building and others
