My experience at Royale has been very pleasant so far Eddy is perhaps one of the most genuine and caring managers I have ever had the pleasure to meet What most people here dont know is that he works both in the office and out on the property serving as a janitor at the same time Every morning I see him cleaning the apartment grounds and the garage before having to work in the office I have even seen him soap and hose down the staircases on his days off which get urinated on by homeless who trespassnnHe still finds time to help the tenants with his individual needs He is very helpful and knowledgeable in the field of property management To be quite frank I do not recognize the names of the people who have written negative reviews on here meaning they might not even be tenants here People have also mentioned the smell of marijuana and gatherings of people late at night I have seen the police arrive at the complex on different occasions who had been called by the manager Eddy This goes to say that he does not condone gatherings of people trespassing at night nor the usage of drugsnnFind some time to get to know the apartment complex and the manager before listening to these false negative reviews Eddy is a great individual who works harder than any manager I have personally ever met in the past
