I have never lived in a place that has so much courtesy and great customer service cuz people dont believe in that these days and Im 58 going on 59 years old I rented a lot of places and this by far has been the best location as well as the best crew all the way down from the lady cool God is in immediately cuz she was so nice and very informative and saved 2022-06-26T16:27:05Z

I wanted to reach out and say how wonderful I think this property is I wanted to rent here a couple of years ago but there was no availability for the several months I was looking to move The property managers were very accommodating in answering my questions and gave me a tour even though nothing was available at the time I have a family member who lives there and he couldnt stop praising the managers and how fair and nice they are Since I visit him frequently I can attest to the lovely grounds the Beautiful and clean pool the well kept gardens and the community vegetable garden Any of the tenants Ive encountered during my visits are nice and appear to be hard working family people I love that they have a place for family BBQs with a gas grill and the playground for children Its a beautiful well maintained property in Arvada and nice for raising children Hats off to you Arvada Place Managers more ... hide ...

I absolute love living here My neighbors in my building are very respectful and nice The manager Julie is amazing and is top of everything as soon as it needs to get done I love that there is a pool that for the most part is vacant so lots of alone pool time The only thing that would make these apartments better would be to have 3 bedrooms Because then I co 2017-06-06T19:21:20Z
