Apartment is bright and sunny with lots of windows windows are on the three outside walls You have many views of the Colorado sunrise and sunset Rooms are very large but yet have a homey feel and lots of room for furniture The Backyard is in a setting like a park with a gazebo and flower gardens Also there are areas for residences to plant their own vegetables and flowers Location is on a quiet street which has a park at the end of the street Great place to take a walk and enjoy the area Supermarket and Pharmacy are within a mile and many other necessary business are equally as close The Manager is pleasant and friendly and always has time to listen to any thing that you would like to talk about When something needs to be replaced she is extremely quick to get it replaced The Maintenance man is a very friendly person He does a good job with needed repairs and repairs are done quickly He never makes you feel that you have bothered him

Office staff Haleigh and Janna are great and really responsive to questions and inquiries Great location with a trail and creek right outside New to the community so dont have much to review just yetexcept apparently packages need to be picked up at the local post office the stolen catalytic converter situation in Denver is happening in this parking lot too
