Terribly slow maintenance Even when they do show up usually multiple weeks later they only halfway complete it Their online rent payment has never worked but they cant help you fix it They accept personal checks and cashiers checks but not money orders HUGE fee for bounced personal checks The dumpsters fill up every day and theyve never cleaned the hallways in the buildings been here 6 months been walking past a dirty feminine product in the stairwell for a whole week If youre lucky enough to have a single washer and dryer in your building to share its YOUR responsibility to submit a service request to an outside company The washer closest to me has broken 4 times already Not to mention all the package theft and generally awful neighbors why did the application process cost so much and take so much timeeffort if you just let anyone and their mother move innnThe one positive I can think of is that its about 50100 a month cheaper than anything else in the area Probably not worth it though more ... hide ...

For being a place of business and housing to people there should be no excuse for all the ice left in the streets to get to the garages Having people slip and fall women and kids have to walk on ice to there cars is horrible something needs to be done about that

If you care for your family members please dont allow them to live here the management has no regard for their residents I stop in to the complex often while doing volunteer work and during my last visit I came across a resident that appeared to be in need of medical attention and was not responding well I was very concerned about the well being of this individual and went directly to the office to report my concern hoping that they would be able to enter the apartment to check on the individual or at least contact someone listed on the residents emergency contacts but instead the response I received from the office employee was unbelievable After explaining the situation and my concern she statedAnd Then went on to say that this is not a nursing home it is a Apartment complex I was absolutely appalled by that response and her disregard for the welfare of the residents or even that of a human being I left the building in disbelief and immediately contacted the Arvada police department who quickly arrived at the complex The individual was accessed and taken by ambulance to the hospital who is to say what could have happened if this matter was given the importance urgency or decency to be dealt with No it is not a nursing home but it is a home a home that was selected to provide safety and security to those that dwell there How could anyone disregard the attention of a critical situation more ... hide ...

Worst move in experience me and my dad have ever had moved in the 18 lth of the month they didnt check to see if everything worked before we moved in the day of the move in they called and asked if we could wait to move in because they had to change out all the appliances Its now the 22nd and still have no fridge no stove no dishwasher the ac dont work There 2020-09-22T22:55:58Z
