Unresponsive fill out app multiple times answer questions multiple times unorganized had to constantly push for answersupdates cant get on the phone people pass the buck rather than finish a task worked with four different individuals to try and get a lease had to pull my own financials as their compliance couldnt get it done a month later was still explaining things and being asked for more documentsnnGave up trying to jump through their hoops to be able to give them money for four walls and a roof basic apartment Applied elsewhere and got a better space for 200 dollars less and a landlord that answers my questions in under an hour and can actually process paperwork like a competent individual Went from homeless couchsurfing and dealing with these peoples bumbling bs to visiting another apartment and signing the lease in three daysnnFrom what I have heard about the place sounds like I dodged a bullet too So thanks for being terrible I guess more ... hide ...

I have not had a working dishwasher since August 2020 Its been 10 months I contact either Claudia or Linda Martinez every month Same placating response Have had 3 different maintenance persons check out the unit No results

Just moved in today The apartment is very nice with new floors appliances cabinets counter tops in the kitchen and freshly painted Very happy with the choice I made and you cant really beat it for the price Sacha and Monique in the leasing office are great to work with as well
