I moved into Red Sky Condominiums in late March RowCal the HOA for the property is really struggling There are quite a few investor owned rentals mixed with resident owners RowCal ignores any calls from renters and only speaks to owners Owner Landlords of course ignore their tenants when the task is too uncomfortable for them There are very few rules governing tenants so renters must deal directly with their own personal landlord and then if the landlord feels motivated they can contact the HOAnAnyhow There are abandoned vehicles in the lot Some with no wheels some with expired license plates Yes they are parked within the assigned spotbut still an eyesore when you drive through the lot Many of the balconies are packed with stuff as if people are using them for storage This is a total Fire Department violation There are condos with barbecue grills on the balcony again a fire department violation The only presence I have seen in two months is two guys occasionally cleaning up the parking lot and removing the overflow from the trash areas Although it has rained like crazy for two months the lawn has only been cut twice and was a foot high at one point Now it is turning brown in areas where the sun is direct The numbers painted on the parking lot to identify each spot are worn and barely visable So it is no great surprise there are numerous guest parking issues Sound issues from condo to condo are not covered in rules and regulations so you are left to police involvement or hopefully an arrangement between parties which given the pandemic is hard to initiate But this is an issue with the building construction and realtors and owners wont say anything so you dont know how poor the sound isolation is until you move in All in all most of the people are friendly and agreeable Red Sky Condominiums doesnt exist as an entity It is just a name There are many individual owners at the property in a collective HOA that is managed by RowCal In the case of the Red Sky owners and rentersRowCal is really struggling to live up to the marketing and bragging on their website They may be an awesome company doing an awesome job for many properties in the country But at Red Skythey are presentlya total failure If you are considering moving into Red Sky and are concerned about the things above be advised However the actual living experience at Red Sky is pretty sweetas long as you dont need help or care about the minimal and embarrasing job RowCal is doing at the momentnSincerelynThrivelihood Forever

Beautiful bridge very useful and in great location My brother and I decided to take this bridge to walk to a park close by but we became very disappointed in how the bridge was There was trash everywhere and the graffiti in the sides gave it a negative image I wish people could be more mindful on where they throw their trash

I like asking place my grandmother has lived here for the past seven or eight years I like the fact that they have a dog run on the east side of the building and visitor parking is on that side of the building as well This is more than housing for the elderly it is an elderly Community with events for the residence like bingo and such I also like to see that

I like asking place my grandmother has lived here for the past seven or eight years I like the fact that they have a dog run on the east side of the building and visitor parking is on that side of the building as well This is more than housing for the elderly it is an elderly Community with events for the residence like bingo and such I also like to see that during the building smelled like bleach and sanitizer ensuring to keep infection of covet at a minimum they also restricted visitors to the building and ask that everyone wear masks in the common spaces this makes me feel comfortable to have my grandmother living here

Update In addition to all the garbage below I finally just got my deposit back 5 months after moving out Getting a hold of someone is near impossible they dont know what is going on if you do and they lie they said the check went out on one day but the postmark says otherwise So if living there wasnt already a nightmare moving out wasnt any better Also my old apartment has become available again which is a rapid turnaround which says to me that they probably didnt do anything for the bed bugsnnIf you listed all the bad things that could happen to someone in an apartment you wouldnt get a list as big as what I have experienced Two murders and the back security gate still doesnt work Children run rampant Police are regularly called because you can hear people beating their kids I have had infestations of roaches bed bugs and flies The best part is they refuse to do anything about the bed bugs for two whole weeks You pay 75 a month in utilities which is essentially just water and dumpster pickup because theincluded wifi is absolute garbage This place is terrible Spend the extra 100 a month to live in a more habitable environment
