Ive lived here for almost 3 years and this complex has gotten worse with each change in company and management The current team is by far the absolute worst Maintenance has banged on my door twice looking for an apartment in a different building They havent addressed a resident attempting to break into another residents apartment They havent addressed someone coming onto my patio and moving things around numerous times even though Ive called and left multiple voicemails about it requesting a call back This complex doesnt care about your safety The kids here run rampant with no supervision throwing rocks at the buildings and damaging property There is trash everywhere and no one bothers to pick it up They have a service that will pick up your garbage from outside your door but they are inconsistent at coming to pick up trash making nats swarm the front of your apartment They dont shovel in front of some buildings when it snows I was injured in a fall from slipping on ice last year This place is unsanitary unsafe and displays a complete disregard for the residents safety within their own apartments Take your hard earned money and stay somewhere better If I could give zero stars I would more ... hide ...

Id like to take back my review of 5 stars after living here for around two years multiple problems have occurred including my bathroom flooding major ant problems that never go away and other small things like the yearround pool not being year round whatsoever Ignorant staff and things being stolen from neighbors If you want to live here please dont its no 2021-05-24T22:48:38Z

Lived here for a few years Low key mostly quiet Cheap but clean The available free parking can be a battle as garages are way way over priced and leasing office is off site and no pay online option but other than that its a nice neighborhood

To anyone reading this or considering moving into IMT Cornerstar Ranch Please do not move in here This is a horrible place to livennOur neighbors are so loud that I cant sleep watch a movie or read a book in my own apartment I have called security six times my roommate and I have had five different conversations with the office about it I have sent multiple videos documenting the noise and weve had a personal conversation with the neighbors Absolutely nothing has changed Its clear that since we signed our lease IMT does not care about our experience herennBut thats not the end of the story The parking is horrible I get home from work around 1230 AM and I very often have to park completely on the other side of the complex About a four minute walk to my apartment No jokennYou are forced to pay Valet Trash service and then they wont pick up the trash that they are being paid to pick up So then Ill take my own trash to the trash compactor and Ill have to walk over piles of trash bags sitting on the ground outside the compactornnA couple of other quick notes no one cleans up after their dogs there is absolutely no storage in the apartment and our dishwasher washer and dryer are probably from the mid1990snnIve lived in seven different apartments throughout my life This is without a doubt the worst experience Ive ever had So again if youre looking for an apartment please consider taking your business elsewhere more ... hide ...

If I could press on 0 ratings I wouldve This place is scamming their residents left to right Me and my husband were put through a lot while living there and was getting charged on fees after fees They will send you to collections for no damn reason and will never explain what you need to do or why you own an specific amount They will just tell you to review 2022-06-23T16:16:05Z

My fiance moved in this July His experience has been more than positive He is a disabled vet and is quiet particular and the office has been more than helpful the maintenance issues have been handled quickly and properly And he is very happy with the maintenance crew they have been very helpful in all that was asked of them even when it was a little extra li 2019-10-04T22:45:35Z

I would NOT recommend this place They dont have any security cameras and even they cant fix the light on the parking spot for long time My car was stolen from that parking spot I asked them 3 times for mailbox key and they were saing we gonna drop it off today After a week I have to go my self and got it Very disappointed and for that bs they going to rise 2022-03-24T22:06:36Z
