They dont care about making reasonable accommodations for residents with disabilities they would just rather threaten to take your housing away instead of providing the reasonable accommodations paperwork to your door clip instead you find a demand or repossession letter I find that there are also other residents who have modified their balconies and Im the only one Alicia chooses to discriminate against Also I dont know how they determine who is qualified enough to be property manager but the current property manager at camp tantra lake is by far the worst property manager I say camp because of the large amount of people who camp on the property Camping is illegal in Boulder Alicia could care less if you explain your disabled condition and she is non empathetic period For me what makes a good manager in general is if you are aware of residents needing accommodations and you go out of your way to make your residents want to stay by providing those provisionsbut she wont do that since Alicia has taken over Ive seen more people leave then rent shes lazy and gives away preoccupied garages she doesnt follow through on garage requests either and Ive been waiting for over two months and she harasses only me when it comes to my balcony and there are others on the backside of the building with modifications but for some reason Im the only one whose not allowed and Im requesting to modify because of a documented disability I have never disliked living somewhere as much as Ive disliked the property management that Boulder housing partners continues to allow to run down tantra lake and if my words matter which Im pretty sure they wont firing Alicia and replacing her with a property manager who cares about the residents and whether or not they feel welcome here would be a giant step towards success

We rented from Boulder Housing Partners in the Bridgewalk complex Heres our experiencennPROS beautiful apartment nice upgrades overall well maintained the apartment and the grounds great convenient location quiet neighbors proximity to open spacennCONS The management Maintenance requests were addressed about 50 of the time and sometimes not even acknowledged at all Our frustrations with the office staff were particularly high around the time of our moveout Our designated point person was S B I attempted to contact her several times with questionsconcerns pertaining to our moveout however if I received a reply at all it would take several days or over a week I left countless voicemails and sent innumerable emails with various other staff members hoping to get some answers but only once did I receive a response and that was about 3 weeks later After a while I began to think all my voicemails and emails no matter the question or concern went into this black hole never to be addressed Sometimes persistence pays off but that is unfortunately not the case here Besides our interactions with staffmanagement our experience here was great

Not even two months into being here and my apartment flooded The company that came made me a 120 pound girl move all the furniture myself and then offered help on my last piece They ran fan for 3 days and according to our lease any negligence of upkeep by the apartment that cause damage must be reimbursed by the apartment complex They did not properly take care of any drains and that cause an huge increase on my electric bill The apartment company has yet to reimburse us for something that is completely their fault The best part is we paid for several apartments electric for over 4 months which I will admit is excels fault I am being told only Andrew can contact them and several months later I still have no reimbursement for all the money that has been stolen from us The best part it took of several months of reaching out to the front office for this to even get proven The lady at the front told us maintenance had checked this several times and as we were there with the main maintenance guy told us that no one had check the meters or our apartment to see if there was something faulty or if it was excel The look on her face was great The only good thing about this place is the young maintenance guy who continues to fight for us and help us Want an answer from this place GOODLUCK Want affordable housing Dont rent the bottom floor of any of these buildings Dont rent at alll Im tired of being lied to by the front office thrown from one contact to another and my lease not being abide by Personally my advice is RUN We are out of money a broken lease and currently looking into legal action

Definitely needs some work around here The laundry room is disgusting There is always a mess on the floor of lint dryer sheets detergent and lost socksunderwear There isnt even a coin machine provided to do your laundry but they only accept quarters When you request maintenance they might answer but if they do they tend to only cause more issues I requested

Definitely needs some work around here The laundry room is disgusting There is always a mess on the floor of lint dryer sheets detergent and lost socksunderwear There isnt even a coin machine provided to do your laundry but they only accept quarters When you request maintenance they might answer but if they do they tend to only cause more issues I requested help with my toilet water running and they first ignored the request then they came in stopped the running but it also stopped flushing and when they came a 2nd time they then created a leak that ruined everything that was stored under my sink The shower water does not run one temperature One second you are bathing in bliss and then suddenly you are standing under Satans tears Ive also submitted numerous maintenance requests for this issue but they just ignore that one Hallways are always smelly It is absolutely not handicapped accessible considering you have to take stairs to even reach the elevator The staff is terrible with response time We have renewed our lease three times and they have increased the monthly rent by 500 yet no updates to the building Its not really worth what you pay
