I read a few of the reviews for this property and wanted to put my 2 cents in This property does have cameras throughout the common areas inside the building and ALL the cameras do work and monitor all those areas We do not have a security guard on duty as for most apartment communities There is an amazing staff that is friendly and caring to all that enter

I read a few of the reviews for this property and wanted to put my 2 cents in This property does have cameras throughout the common areas inside the building and ALL the cameras do work and monitor all those areas We do not have a security guard on duty as for most apartment communities There is an amazing staff that is friendly and caring to all that enter the building This building is over 20 years old and still has original residents in part because they love where they live and are respected All I can say is go visit this property and meet the staff and judge for yourself

Its fine for the price we paid but there is zero chance Id pay the new market price for this unit Maintenance reasonably resolved any service requests we had I was a bit shocked at the state of the apartment upon movein and the lack of preventative maintenance or cleaning Our patio door had an 18 gap at the top that you could tell the prior tenant had used d

Its fine for the price we paid but there is zero chance Id pay the new market price for this unit Maintenance reasonably resolved any service requests we had I was a bit shocked at the state of the apartment upon movein and the lack of preventative maintenance or cleaning Our patio door had an 18 gap at the top that you could tell the prior tenant had used duct tape to cover I had to file a request for the repair once I realized where all the heat was escaping The bathroom fan didnt work upon movein and the sink leaked as well The overall quality of the apartment is okay The floors are rolling the laundry doors are off kilter to match the floors the shower tile isnt square the garage ceiling has water damage the patio roof leaks from the unit above Just be warned we signed a 15month lease on 32021 for 1549mo base rent Our unit is now on the market 42022 for 2379mo base rent Thats a 5358 increase in base rent FIFTYTHREE PERCENT INCREASEnnUpdate Yes I listed the current listed market price of our unit not our renewal offer Our renewal offer was for 2008mo for 14mos which is ONLY a 2963 increase in base rent instead of the 53 increase the next tenant will pay

Edit The current elevator issue got fixed in 3 days Partial power outage in my newly renovated apartment got fixed in a similar timeframe after 3 groups of handymen come and gonnThe complex is very nice maintenance for the apartment comes super fast and everyone is super friendly and helpful at your presence except they never pick up your phone and return yo

This review is a direct reflection on the maintenance team at the apartment complex I have lived here for a while and they work tirelessly to ensure that the grounds are maintained the apartment complex is in good condition and treat the residents with respectnnPlaces that I have lived in the past the maintenance team was always an issue One person that stands out specifically is Nathan He has always gone above and beyond when I have had issues or during inspections He is well spoken and very personable Nathan is a very kind and caring person and will greet all of the residents when he sees them in passing He is an absolute value to the team and really is just an all around great guy
