I read a few of the reviews for this property and wanted to put my 2 cents in This property does have cameras throughout the common areas inside the building and ALL the cameras do work and monitor all those areas We do not have a security guard on duty as for most apartment communities There is an amazing staff that is friendly and caring to all that enter 2018-11-01T16:55:35Z

Its fine for the price we paid but there is zero chance Id pay the new market price for this unit Maintenance reasonably resolved any service requests we had I was a bit shocked at the state of the apartment upon movein and the lack of preventative maintenance or cleaning Our patio door had an 18 gap at the top that you could tell the prior tenant had used d 2022-04-12T04:05:18Z
Its fine for the price we paid but there is zero chance Id pay the new market price for this unit Maintenance reasonably resolved any service requests we had I was a bit shocked at the state of the apartment upon movein and the lack of preventative maintenance or cleaning Our patio door had an 18 gap at the top that you could tell the prior tenant had used duct tape to cover I had to file a request for the repair once I realized where all the heat was escaping The bathroom fan didnt work upon movein and the sink leaked as well The overall quality of the apartment is okay The floors are rolling the laundry doors are off kilter to match the floors the shower tile isnt square the garage ceiling has water damage the patio roof leaks from the unit above Just be warned we signed a 15month lease on 32021 for 1549mo base rent Our unit is now on the market 42022 for 2379mo base rent Thats a 5358 increase in base rent FIFTYTHREE PERCENT INCREASEnnUpdate Yes I listed the current listed market price of our unit not our renewal offer Our renewal offer was for 2008mo for 14mos which is ONLY a 2963 increase in base rent instead of the 53 increase the next tenant will pay more ... hide ...

Edit The current elevator issue got fixed in 3 days Partial power outage in my newly renovated apartment got fixed in a similar timeframe after 3 groups of handymen come and gonnThe complex is very nice maintenance for the apartment comes super fast and everyone is super friendly and helpful at your presence except they never pick up your phone and return yo 2022-07-14T16:34:07Z

RENT PRICE ARE SKYROCKETINGnnThis company is taking advantage of the Marshall fires and decided to make their prices unaffordable to most people who currently live here I moved in last year to a 1 bedroom apartment for 1365 and this year theyre asking 1520 for the same exact apartmentnnWhen I explained to Julie the leasing manager that I would no longer be able to afford living here because the owner decided to take advantage of the fires and jack up the prices she told me it was illegal and unfair to negotiate a lower rent pricennThis places is awful the leasing staff does not care about the residents My apartment is falling apart and my packages get stolen all the time If you sign a lease here youre making an awful decision there are much better apartment complexes that go for 1500 that actually care about their residentsnnTheyre also having their staff members leave 5 star reviews to boost their ratings which seems pretty unethical to me The reviews from Jennifer kelly and Steve Ivarson Jr are both staff members I wouldnt be surprised if there are more those are just the only 2 names I recognizennTo the owner please do better more ... hide ...

The following review is strictly in regards to the service provided by Benjamin of the maintenance teamnnI recently reported a leak above my bathroom ceiling Benjamin inspected identified and fixed the leaking pipe fitting in a timely manner He returned and did an outstanding job repairing and finishing the damaged drywall During this visit he took it upon himself to inspect my hot water heater as many residents have been reporting issues He determined a replacement was needed and submitted the work order himself The following week he came out and singlehandedly replaced my water heater located on the second story balcony of the apartment building He was very personable and did an exceptional job explaining the technical aspects of the repairs Thank you Benjamin more ... hide ...

Early in the morning of Thanksgiving Day my furnace stopped working I called the afterhours service to request a maintenance order Being early Thanksgiving Day I figured that I will not be contacted by maintenance To my surprise the new Maintenance Supervisor was quickly at my door It only required the batteries to be replaced however I believe his name is T 2022-03-05T03:02:54Z
Early in the morning of Thanksgiving Day my furnace stopped working I called the afterhours service to request a maintenance order Being early Thanksgiving Day I figured that I will not be contacted by maintenance To my surprise the new Maintenance Supervisor was quickly at my door It only required the batteries to be replaced however I believe his name is Tao said the furnace will need to be drained of excess water I have never heard of this however there was excess water in the furnace I had a few work requests under the previous Maintenance Supervisor that water was coming up through the floor in the bathroom My toilet issue was finally resolved by the new Maintenance Supervisor when he noticed the toilet was not flush to the floor He placed a few wedges under one side of toilet and water is no longer coming up through the floor boards The new Maintenance Supervisor is very upbeat and says he loves his job He is a great addition to the Marquis more ... hide ...

Willow Run is a pretty great apartment complex Its in a good area with good shopping all around with the Orchard shops Premium Outlets and more within a close distance Theres also a McDonalds Sonic just around the corner which is good for when you get too lazy to make dinner The price is very reasonable considering apartment prices of surrounding apartments 2022-03-22T13:40:51Z
