It is absolutely a wonderful wonderful place to live the folks that live there some of them I say some are friendlybut I do feel that the management there has mishandled the virus I have an elderly mother thats there who has COPD all they have and I have pictures or just wear a mask and this facilitywhere theyre telling you that there is a the covid19 is at 2020-12-31T18:25:08Z

Love my apartment but not sure how we somehow got rated as a retirement home or assisted living we are senior independent apartments no assisted or retirement here I hope this gets corrected soon as it could have everything to do with why we are still on mask mandates and no visitors allowed policy right now

I Have been living here 18 months and I love it here Our management team Justin and keyrsten have been the best landlords Ive had they do truly care about their tenants They take beautiful care of this properties I am fortunate enough to live in the big building thats a brownstone in a little cute studio apartment this place is kept very nice and clean I loved it our laundry facility is right on the basement floor they keep this place free of the criminal element the neighbors are all very quiet and nice all about my age theyre whole family familyanbrings a little Christmas gift by your door at Christmas time They do all of this as they raise toddlers They are such a nice family and I hope I can call this my home for a long time It feels like home already Ive never had any place I love this much I just want to thank them for being so special and congratulate them on their new baby more ... hide ...

Moving to Canon City was a pretty scary process but the manager made everything seem so easy I love my apartment I love my views I love the cleanliness I love that each floor has a washer and dryer and all my neighbors are wonderful I honestly dont understand how the reviews are poor maybe there was different management previously but I am really enjoying my 2017-10-27T23:47:28Z
