I love my apartment at Stetson Meadows Apartments It is peaceful and quiet The maintenance men are very hard workers and do everything they can to fix things right away They even go above and beyond and have helped with things that were not in their job description The office staff is also wonderful I am disabled and have good days and bad days I missed my a 2022-02-04T23:32:37Z
I love my apartment at Stetson Meadows Apartments It is peaceful and quiet The maintenance men are very hard workers and do everything they can to fix things right away They even go above and beyond and have helped with things that were not in their job description The office staff is also wonderful I am disabled and have good days and bad days I missed my appointment to resign lease and other paperwork and when they Karen found out why she printed everything got all the paperwork ready and hand delivered it to me at my apartment They did not have to do that And they also have a welcoming friendly demeanor I love living here My neighbors are also amazing and we all look out for each other I have included some pictures in case you wonder what the apartments look like on the inside And my little back patio area more ... hide ...

Update I am writing this 7 months after my initial review The property recently got completely new management and I only have great things to say They are extremely friendly and will go out of their way to help you Drastic improvement will likely be renewing my lease Have updated my review from 1 star to 5 stars deservinglynnWe moved in a few months ago thin 2022-03-04T02:11:26Z
Update I am writing this 7 months after my initial review The property recently got completely new management and I only have great things to say They are extremely friendly and will go out of their way to help you Drastic improvement will likely be renewing my lease Have updated my review from 1 star to 5 stars deservinglynnWe moved in a few months ago thinking these apartments would be nice The photos looked good and it was more affordable than other places in the area However already the lock closet door and towel racks are broken and the mail lock doesnt work either The laundry facility does not work properly good luck trying to dry your clothes When we first moved in the property manager did not tell us where the dumpsters were the hours of the gym how the laundry facility works you need to call a company and get a money card or any other information important when moving in Speaking of the gym half of the equipment in the gym is broken and unusable too and has been for a long time without getting fixed despite the property manager being aware of the issue 15 stars more ... hide ...

Ive been living here for 6 months so far and its been great Really no complaints the area is great restaurants move theatre grocery stores and retail stores all right down the streetgreat location However I would live in the middle of nowhere if I could get a Landlord like James Olin again Seriously you guys will not find a more understanding or helpful landlord My first experience I was confused about a billwalk into the office he breaks it down explains it all to me all he ever tells me is that he is happy to help and he will work with me Which he does if youre late on rent he isnt pounding on your door demanding ithe literally gives you resources extensions and advice thats so helpful on how you can get by paying rent I also have a dog that he just lets her come into the office every single time he always has treats for her and loves her too When you talk or work with him its like youre working with a friend This was my first apartment by myself and I cannot tell you how lucky I was getting James for my landlord I call the office he or Mackenzie answers Mackenzie is always so incredibly nice and wonderful to work with This is a great team that really cares about the well being of the complex and community more ... hide ...
