At first was not a bad place to live however the longer we were here it went down hill Office staff seems lazy like they dont want to do there job Paid rent on time in October went a day early actually because we were going out of town 4 days later I noticed our check still wasnt cashed called the office and was told the check was cashed not to worry Two weeks later I got a letter on my door saying my check was returned got charged late fees and got no understanding from the staff No reason for the check to be returned the money was sitting in the account It seemed like staff just needed someone to blame so they blamed the bank Theres always people parking here who dont even live here parking is limited anyway theres always bad people hanging around the property you call the security number given and theyre less then helpful they tell you to call CSP and act like its not there problem Rent here isnt even as cheap as they play on for low income its still more then I think the apartment is worth You constantly smell mold and no amount of cleaning helps I wouldnt recommend this place to live to my worst enemy more ... hide ...

I honestly have had the worst experience at summit creek we moved into an apartment that looked nothing like the one they showed me I had to call in many maintenance request the back door wouldnt lock and the stove was lopsided and wouldnt heat Then two weeks after we get settled we find a huge bed bug infestation that was there before we moved in The fact t 2021-04-13T20:25:26Z
I honestly have had the worst experience at summit creek we moved into an apartment that looked nothing like the one they showed me I had to call in many maintenance request the back door wouldnt lock and the stove was lopsided and wouldnt heat Then two weeks after we get settled we find a huge bed bug infestation that was there before we moved in The fact that they had no idea blows my mind with how large the infestation was how could they not know The amount of negligence on the managers part is incredibly horrible The property manager was okay with Avenue 5 and 6 star management is even more unhelpful They denied my request to switch apartments after treatment I am so incredibly upset the emotional damage this experience has caused my family not to mention the amount of money I have had to spend makes me sick to my stomach I would NEVER recommend this place more ... hide ...
