I have lived here for going on four years with my family including children Every time I have put in a maintenance request it is handled quickly and respectfully Whenever we have any updates or changes to the way things are handled the office is fantastic about informing everyone in the community using text and email They are quick to deal with any issues and have prioritized safety by having a security company that drives through the parking areas often and an annual check of smoke detectors and air filtersnOur rent has only increased one time in the time weve lived here and it was a reasonable increase nothing crazy like I have heard some places put into effect lately around here and for our twobedroom with a fireplace mountain view and balcony it is incredibly reasonable for the area The complex also has a pool hot tub dog areapark childrens park many green areas picnic tables grilling areas and several laundry facilities My kids play outside regularly with neighbor kids and the complex is very familyfriendlynI cannot say enough good things about the people who work here to be honest They have been amazing and understanding through any issues we have ever had and through COVID and have always worked hard to ensure that we are on the same page with everything Theyre readily available via multiple communication means and are helpful empathetic kind and responsive I greatly appreciate the managers here especially the Community Property Manager Jessica as she was aboveandbeyond helpful and compassionate to us and is usually the person we communicate with from the officenIf you are looking for a place to live in the Springs I suggest you give Canyon Ranch a try It has pretty much all the amenities of the more expensive places but at a more affordable price and is wellmanaged which has been priceless to us

I have lived at Austin Park Apts for over four years They are tucked away in a well established residential area yet within walking distance to all your every day retail needs Tall trees and well maintained sidewalks surround the property on two sides and urban wildlife is abundant Birds squirrels and rabbits are frequent guests even deer show up now and then Parking is adequate laundry facilities and trash removal is reliable Residents are friendly and tend to renew their leases from year to year We have an exceptional management team this year Eliseour office manager is professional kind and very attentive to any concerns or issues that may arise She promptly returns phone calls and emails and encourages suggestionsideas that you might want to contribute Our communal areas are kept clean and David and John do a great job of maintenance Most requests are solved by the end of the day unless a part needs to be ordered After a year and a half of the confusion and disappointments a global pandemic produced it is so refreshing and reassuring to know you can rely and depend on the people managing your home Thanks so much

I love love love love our apartment This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in Our apartment is spacious and well priced The property is cleaned and well taken care of Everyone is nice Were in a great area of town near lots of local restaurants and stores Easy commute to any part of the city Parking can be tight but I have a big car I love our little place in the middle of a glen Its like a little haven in the middle of the city Heres the thing every complex has problems from water heater to doors not working they all have them But its how they handle them and how often they happen that make the difference Weve always been given tons of notice when water was going to be turned off or if anything needed to happen for repairs I just love it here and I hope we get to stay for years to come
