Epernay Apartments is a joke We have had terrible experience here and have lived here for a couple of years now Upon move in apartment carpet was not replaced paint was very sloppy dishwasher broke within two months of living here and it took 3 months to get a new one Our air conditioner quit while I was pregnant and it took 2 months to receive a new one Upk

Epernay Apartments is a joke We have had terrible experience here and have lived here for a couple of years now Upon move in apartment carpet was not replaced paint was very sloppy dishwasher broke within two months of living here and it took 3 months to get a new one Our air conditioner quit while I was pregnant and it took 2 months to receive a new one Upkeep has been terrible we were told to get mouse traps when we had a rodent issue as well as to buy ant deterrent when we had bugs beyond belief Our kids play outside almost daily and I have found broken glass plastic and trash all over the play area It doesnt matter how many times you call maintenance and put in a work order because itll take days before they show up one of our kids colored a square on our patio door and conveniently two weeks prior to us moving out they left a notice that the play chalk on the patio is a violation of our lease agreement and defacing of propertynI would NOT recommend these apartments to anyone

I would give zero stars if I could The new owners of the apartment complex as well as management are terrible The people in the office are extremely rude and unprofessional The lady in the office told me they sent a 90 day notice to my email about renewing my lease that I never received they stuck a paper on my door the next month saying I had 60 days to let

I would give zero stars if I could The new owners of the apartment complex as well as management are terrible The people in the office are extremely rude and unprofessional The lady in the office told me they sent a 90 day notice to my email about renewing my lease that I never received they stuck a paper on my door the next month saying I had 60 days to let them know if i was going to be renewing my lease so pretty much that day since it was 60 days until my lease was going to end I did not plan on renewing so I had sent an email stating that the lady in the office told me I had to sign a paper which they would not leave on my door like everything else I work and go to school and the office is not open on weekends I have 45 mins to make it to the office before they close and before I leave for school and I had went on three different occasions and no one was there I finally had a day to go in and sign it and the lady said they would be charging me till that day because I did not make it in sooner I told her my situation and that no ones ever here she tried to argue with me that she is always in office during hours Such a scam then she proceeds to say with an attitude that my apartment is probably not up to par with their standards and that its 160 flat cleaning fee I also told them I would be moving before my lease ends verbally and to send the bill to my new address so now they are trying to evict me when I dont even live there and had left all the keys with my name in the drop box Also when I had moved in 2 years ago all the neighbors were quiet and respectful of other tenants We had new neighbors move in above us that are absolutely horrible they never cleaned up after their dogs I had 10 piles of poop outside my windows as well as being noisy slamming their front door constantly dogs always barking and blasting music to the point my roof and windows would shake I called the office 5 times for noise complaints and it was never resolved I would not move into 3502 apt B And lastly you will have zero privacy here and the office will randomly select apartments to be viewed without 24 hour notice 1750 is not worth it find somewhere else to rent

I am so thankful and blessed to be able to call this wonderful community home again The office staff Dana and Jenny are very kind and always answer all my questions They are also very efficient and punctual in replying to all my emails as well This is something I hardly see anymore from any of the other apartment communities Ive lived in and this is just one

I am so thankful and blessed to be able to call this wonderful community home again The office staff Dana and Jenny are very kind and always answer all my questions They are also very efficient and punctual in replying to all my emails as well This is something I hardly see anymore from any of the other apartment communities Ive lived in and this is just one of the many reasons Im so happy to be back here and feel I can live here stress free The rates are unbeatable especially for the area of town theyre located it and they barely go up compared to other places The maintenance staff are also very punctual in taking care of all my maintenance requests which is a breath of fresh air compared to other apartment maintenance crew who made me wait more than a month before they responded to any my requests which becomes so disheartening and stressful Simply put there are very few communities I know of who truly go above and beyond to care for all their tenants and to make the community look and feel safe and well cared for Its no surprise they are always on a wait list and it was well worth the wait for me

When I arrived to COS I was worried because the waiting lists everywhere from 34 months So I decided that the first available will be my option I didnt really have the affordability to be picky or so demanding I came here and I was without looking at my apartment when can I sign the contract Nor knowing if I would regret my decision withing the first couple of days To my beautiful surprise Im happy Im here My one bedroom apartment has everything I need Its spacious and everything works and it was not nasty when I moved in The management is great and always with a positive attitude Makes it easy to talk to them Overall great place affordable livingamenities are good and the pet friendly areas help all the residents be happy with their doggies
