My family and I have stayed here two separate occasions and when looking for housing both times we were in need of something ASAP and Trina helped us get into something in a reasonable amount of time The townhouses and apartments are spacious affordable up to date with appliances and have a beautiful modern layout Anytime weve ever had any questions comments

My family and I have stayed here two separate occasions and when looking for housing both times we were in need of something ASAP and Trina helped us get into something in a reasonable amount of time The townhouses and apartments are spacious affordable up to date with appliances and have a beautiful modern layout Anytime weve ever had any questions comments concerns any maintenance issues Trina has gone above and beyond to make sure that her tenants are taken care of She is always kind and understanding and does an amazing job to make sure the residents living here are comfortable and happy She is very pleasant to work with and one of the main reasons we moved back

Horrible leasing agent insanely rude and unhelpful Application process difficult as you must edit their pdf and return it as a pdf rather than submit online or fill out and fax Probably why they are one of the only place in the area with cheap units still available Service industry and tipped employees need not apply as you wont qualify she only accepts what is physically on a paycheck and not the total pay you make My gross income for one two week period was over 2000 but because my paycheck was less than 900 I didnt qualify She was mean on the phone and refused to let me speak to another person in charge or explain to me why I didnt qualify when I certainly make enough money to rent Probably a blessing in disguise since when we showed up to see the complex outside the building was cringey and disgusting Other tenants were rude in parking lot There was trash and and over flowing dumpster Would give zero stars if I could Would recommend finding another private company to rent through
