UPDATEnWe have been gone since September 2021 and they are still trying to charge us for utilities and damages when we paid for utilities and the entire unit was remodeled We paid utilities with our last rent and then paid 13461 on September 3 2021 and it even states FINAL water trash gas and electric so why are we being charged another 150 in utilities No o 2022-07-06T22:32:46Z
UPDATEnWe have been gone since September 2021 and they are still trying to charge us for utilities and damages when we paid for utilities and the entire unit was remodeled We paid utilities with our last rent and then paid 13461 on September 3 2021 and it even states FINAL water trash gas and electric so why are we being charged another 150 in utilities No one will answer or respond to my email about trying to scam us out of more money We left that apartment in better shape than when we moved in It was full of ants wasps hair and grime when we moved in They also still owe us 350 refundable pet deposit and was told we would receive that 14 days after we moved out We want our money back Literally the WORST place Ive ever loved I have NEVER felt so unsafe and gross living somewherennIf you feel like putting yourself and your family in danger by the constant shootings here then move right on in Also the fire alarms are constantly going off at all hours of the night the broken doors that never get fixed the overflowing trash the poor communication from the office staff the problems just go on Luxury apartments with a side of nigshootings Dont let the new paint face lift fool you more ... hide ...

AVOID REVIVEnnWhere do I begin Contacting someone who can help is difficult Your usually shuffled around filed away told someone will come take a look and nothing happens You can call the office but youll probably get a middle man that says theyll pass the message along and nothing happensnnNow for hygiene the carpeted stairs make sure to trap all the dirt and oil Every building smells awful old or smokey Out of the 3 washing machines in my building 1 works so it takes forever The walls and floors are so old youll hear every step every AC turn on every shower your takesnnAnd as for the price you get all of those awful perks for the price of renting a house Sure the amenities are none existent but youll still pay full price Let me just say Revive is very fitting cause this place it dead and dyingnnNow for security the doors are usually propped open or damaged When I was moving in a year ago they said they would install cameras and penalize those who did this There are no cameras maybe one security guard for 50 buildings But theyre honestly too afraid to enforce most thingsnnEvery time I see someone looking to lease here I see people being duped by smiling faces They know theyre getting you to sign with a place with no communication no maintenance team no accountabilitynnIve lived in 8 different apartments in my life and this one is easily the worstnnAVOID REVIVE more ... hide ...
