DO NOT APPLY HERE This place is not worth the money they are charging I applied here online on Sunday evening May 22 but didnt get approved until Thursday May 26th and initially my application was denied but they somehow reversed it with a higher deposit That I cannot afford I found a WAY better unit across the street that took less than 24hrs to approv

DO NOT APPLY HERE This place is not worth the money they are charging I applied here online on Sunday evening May 22 but didnt get approved until Thursday May 26th and initially my application was denied but they somehow reversed it with a higher deposit That I cannot afford I found a WAY better unit across the street that took less than 24hrs to approve menThis place charges a 175 holding fee and and they take it if you dont sign a lease with them I literally declined the apartment the same day I was approved because I found a better unit without having to pay a higher deposit The guy from the leasing office told me I cant get my 175 back because they held the unit for 4 days while my application was being processed I dont feel this is ethical for them to keep the full holding deposit especially since they are requiring me to pay a substantially higher deposit then was listed when I first applied I would have been satisfied if they would have given me half of my deposit back Im gonna do whatever I can to try and get my money back Please dont waste your time applying at this place there are several better apartments out there If I can find one so can you just keep looking and dont settle for this one
