First lets correct the fact that this place does not and has never had central AC for any apt it runs off an ancient boiler system that doesnt work Dont lie and say you offer AC when clearly there are no AC units You can tell by all the window units people have had to buy for themselves They originally set up my Xcel for the wrong unit and incorrectly billed

First lets correct the fact that this place does not and has never had central AC for any apt it runs off an ancient boiler system that doesnt work Dont lie and say you offer AC when clearly there are no AC units You can tell by all the window units people have had to buy for themselves They originally set up my Xcel for the wrong unit and incorrectly billed me for more than six months then updated it with Xcel and lied about it Xcel refused to work with me because Id been paying monthly for my neighbor but got zero credit I dont get any heat in the winter Forget about water temp or pressure Id settle for just getting water at all My water gets shut off constantly laundry in my building hasnt worked in months my car has been stolen twice the one sometimes functioning pool wasnt open all summer the second pool has never opened in all the years Ive been here despite the photos online which are a joke Constant change of management means its poorly managed Ive been stuck here for years but losing my job during pandemic means I cant afford to leave Ive yet to meet the new manager with the last change but Im sure theyve heard about me over the years Im sure they will be happy when Im gone Stay far away from here Look up the crime data for this complex and youll see some scary stuff I keep to myself Dont bother with some scripted response or apology for my experience Dont lie about amenities fix the boiler system clean up and hold yourself accountable for the issues here It would be cool to have laundry facilities that work and that means for all buildings so we arent having to go and bombard the few that do work I hope to get out and forget I ever lived here

Where do I begin This place is a joke and crookednOffered COVID relief to me after being laid off in oil and gas industry 2 years ago Got my loan modification approved Resumed making payments in May of 2021 June 2022 I was approved to refinance and called to get payoff only to be told I was in foreclosure Needless to say I couldnt get ahold of anyone for answers Only thing I was told was I didnt complete paperwork They sent me to their attorneys office Janeway Law in Englewood CO I presented all the paperwork to them They said they would give me payoff good through July 1 2022 cause they were filing foreclosure They added extra 7000 in legal fees I then had to pay extra 4000 to extend my interest rate lock into July After several weeks CHFA realized they did me wrong and a supervisor named Kelley Woodsmall talked to me apologizing extensively Said she would get me correct documents and payoff This was almost 3 weeks ago and payoff was sent with incorrect amounts still My lender Title company and myself have called loss mitigation repeatedly emailed Kelley no response now I have had to spend another 4000 to extend and lock my lower interest rate for month of August now I have emailed Kelley several times over past week asking for my correct payoff My lender has emailed her Title company We call CHFA only to be told they will send payoff we are not receiving by law No one knows what they are doing and in the meantime its causing emotional stress and thousands of dollars No one caresnI think everyone needs to get together and file a class action lawsuit against CHFA as Im reading the same issues on this website and the BBB How are they getting away with this and violating consumers rights I almost lost my home because they mishandled my loan modification To date I still dont have payoff so I can close on my new loan I only get told to call this number that number email their hotline Email their tracking service so they can get back to me I cant get anyone to fix this and actually do their job Ive spent at least a good 40 hours on the phone with them over the course of past month I reported them to BBB Colorado attorney generals office state representative Mary Youngs office and senator John Cooke trying to get help Now Im at the point of retaining an attorney Have no more options and no one truly responds at CHFA they transfer you everywhere hang up on you and its impossible to get help Avoid this organization unless your willing to go through hell and nightmares like myself and numerous others have Until our state representatives and attorney general can get this handled and get them in compliance stay away
