This review is not for the facility of the apartment complex but for the staffcustomer servicennWe are from out of state and travelled to Colorado to look at apartments We had several scheduled backtoback to maximized our trip We emailed and confirmed with the staff that we would be there at 1000am on a Saturday to view the complex To our disappointment nobody was at the leasing office when we arrived at our appointment We tried calling but phone was going straight to voicemail We waited there until 1020 before having to move on to our next appointment No one ever showed even though the sign said they opened at 1000am as wellnnI proceeded to received a call from the leasing office 5 hours later apologizing for my confusion and that their first appointments did not start until 1030 I forwarded the email confirming our 1000 appointment just to prove it was not my mistakennLong story short we were very disappointed with our experience of the staff And did not choose to return for a tour more ... hide ...

Its been nothing but great here The staff has had a real turn around under Allison Ackermans leadership becoming very communicative with any questions tenants have or things they need Also the maintenance staff has been terrific usually fixing up any maintenance request faster than their originally quoted time especially when Cecil is involved

This could be a great place to live The one deal breaker is the public address systemnThats right you will be blasted with unwanted one way information whenever management deems its appropriate which is nearly a daily basis

Im only giving 1 star to be nice since Ive moved in its been just a game of management I was put into an apartment that the carpet was not replaced Inwhich smells of pet urine This is a HUD violation Helen the new manager has been antagonistic and is condescending I would not recommend
