Do Not Stay HerenI stayed here for a year and couldnt have been more grateful to finish out the lease To start we had a terrible first impression When we moved in there were multiple things wrong with the unit leaking pipes paint ALL over the floors and refrigerator disgusting bathroom missing light bulbs bad paint job and a broken dishwasher They clearly rushed us in there and didnt check to see if everything was good before giving us the keys On the first day a neighbor came up to us saying there was an incident at the 711 across the street the night before possibly involving a knifeHow comforting The parking situation was awful no one parked in their unit spots We were given notes by neighbors telling us to move or we would be towed only to find out later that parking is free for all and you can not be towed I was concerned for my safety on multiple occasions Doors were always propped open without fail Glass doors constantly shattered Hallways dirty and laundry room trashed The laundry room was the most disgusting part NEEDS renovated Ignorant neighbors Theres always someone yelling in the hallway or kids running around and stomping as late as midnight Had at least a couple of stolen packages The dumpster at night is infested with rats Overall just an awful experience and a rundown place that seemed to be pushed aside and not cared for Maintenance is slow to respond Management is terrible Yes its probably one of the cheapest apartments in Denver but you definitely get what you pay for more ... hide ...

Well management blew me away by continuing to do their job to help clean our entire community to the point of peace and tranquility by kicking out the group of major drug dealers and one of two totally wacked in the head psychos who two people I let stay in my one bedroom apartment Let me tell you this it was like war zone I wont mention anyones name who t 2022-06-27T19:15:30Z

EDIT I am very unimpressed with staff They are also closed on the weekends which means you cant get any help They will give you notice for different things in the community happening There is a pest problem The worst thing about that is you have to almost completely pack up your kitchen EVERY TIME THEY DO THEIR SPECIAL SPRAY Maybe talk to some apartments in 2022-07-19T01:21:13Z

Many people have already complained about the customer service here and I am no different The apartments are lovely but the folks in the leasing office make it difficult to live here They are very rude especially the manager Bethany Comb The rot starts from the top and trickles down to other employees There is no customer service spirit here at all All they want to do is avoid or deflect Helping residents is not their priority I had an issue with my car being towed even though I had registered it on the do not tow list Bethany Combs refused to apologize for the mixup and stated she is not the one that tows cars If Alta Spring employs a towing company as a vendor I dont think it should absolve them when an issue like this arises A simple apology would have gone a long way but unfortunately I was told I can break my lease and move out if I hated the apartment building and its policies more ... hide ...
