I have been here a month and have met so many nice people People are friendly helpful and smile The cottages are so nice and I feel like I am home The meals are wonderful You can choose which days and what kind of food you want 4 meals a month and utilities are included in the rent The staff is super I couldnt have a better place to live Thank you God

I received a response from PK management which included a number to contact someone I did contact management at the Congress Park Commons facilityapartment complex last Wednesday which wouldve been February 26 of 2020 and asked if possibly maintenance can come by and break up the ice or throw salt on it I had no response So it did warm up in Denver however t 2020-08-05T17:18:19Z

This used to be a tolerable place to live even with all the homeless inaround the building and people screaming in the middle of the night not much they could do about it but at least they had a team of people who cared about you I never had an issue until Alena the new community manager started She doesnt care about your safety or wellbeing Ive had to purch 2022-01-22T20:10:14Z
This used to be a tolerable place to live even with all the homeless inaround the building and people screaming in the middle of the night not much they could do about it but at least they had a team of people who cared about you I never had an issue until Alena the new community manager started She doesnt care about your safety or wellbeing Ive had to purchase several cameras living here since Ive felt very unsafe as a single woman living alone Ive never had so many issues with a community manager I was threatened with her attorney and eviction even though Ive always paid my rent and all utilities on time and Id given her the chance to play catch up with her being new and having no knowledge of the community She put notices with our personal information on our patio doors where I always found homeless people hanging out on I was continuously threatened with being evicted just because this rude power hungry lady wanted to show me she was in charge With my varying work schedule meaning sometimes coming home late this was very inconvenient for me Instead of taking care of all the major issues we have in the community she would rather harass me every couple days Ive had people leave their trash in front of my apartment homeless people smoking crack on my porch packages being stolen and people parking in my parking spot but she was more preoccupied with trying to scare me out of there with attorney and eviction threats than fix any of the more pressing issues Ive never felt so mistreated and disrespected I called corporate to let them know how unprofessional and rude she was and she took it very personally and attacked me verbally nonstop until I moved out Im so glad to be out Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere Theres plenty of apts nearby that actually care about their tenants and treat them with respect This is the worst around the area more ... hide ...

Ash Street Apartments may have had its problems in the past however since this new management company came in things have started to get so much better Both the ladies in the office Arlene and Esther have been very helpful and communicative to residents in anyway they can Esther always waves when I pass by the office and they are really trying to make this 2021-11-15T16:37:04Z
