I recently moved into Denver and found these amazing apartments Brady their manager is an absolute gem There is NOTHING better than knowing that your building manager has your back He was so helpful in my application process to get me in my apartment after I had experienced so many last minute hiccups The apartments are clean the neighbors are so nice and this location is the BEST Perfectly located downtown across an amazing library and park close to a grocery store transportation at your fingertips and the coolestfriendliest staff It also has the best high school zone which worked great for my son I dont know how I lucked out finding these folks I recommend this place for any transplants looking to get the best value in Denver living Brady if you are reading thisthank you again for everything more ... hide ...

The building is terrible the administrators have a terrible character the security is horrible people from the street sleep inside the building the doors are broken to enter the building it is not suitable for children it smells of cigarettes day and night

Our family moved here from Ohio but we are southerns from Texas The apartment is really nice very spacious and affordable Mrs Jenny is always sweet and curtious as well as Security when they are on duty Now the down fall is gunshots near by every other night the black outs and someone trying to sale you things out their car when you walk outside to get to yo 2021-11-27T03:13:23Z

I would not rent here if you have other options available They are nice but small low income apartments Ross Management runs it and they are crooks They will bully you and try to evict you every chance they get Know your rights as a tenant if you move in here and contact Colorado legal aid if and whenever necessary or be sure you have a good attorney You will need it living here They refuse to give back your deposit and will write up things that arent necessary and say they had to replace things when they didnt I will never rent from this complex or any other complex that is run by Ross Management again It was a nightmare living there for the 2 12 years that I had to My mental state and health was very much affected by the constant harassment from the staff and management more ... hide ...
