Juanita Nolasco Residences is quiet safe and very friendly to live in this building They have a lot of activities For example a community room books board games puzzles movie day where you could watch a movie with your neighbors They also have a few picnic tables at the back and the side of the building to chat with people or enjoy the sun They also have an exercise room to keep healthynnNow for the staff and the few repairmen who work at Juanita Nolasco Residences They are always friendly very understanding very efficient and businesslike in solving any issue or questions you may have Most of the people who work here are the best of the three buildings I have lived in since 2000nnEven though I feel this area is pretty dull and things are not really close to walking distance The only good note about this issue is RTD 9 bus stop right outside of the building This area is pretty safe to walk or walk to the park that is only a few blocks away Like I said before my only beef is You must own a car like to take buses or really love to walk to get to places I want to give my review of Juanita Nolasco Residences a solid 85 out of 10 and the area and safety a 75 out of 10 more ... hide ...
