Everything Tim Byrd said is true this manager Leah needs to go Living let alone applying for these apartments is a RIGHT not a privelage especially to those whom qualify aka citizens living in poverty Noone has the right to deny anyone of that BY LAW THAT IS A FACT Whomever is allowing her to behave so despicable does too if they know What she is doing is simply immoral and illegal She treats this place like she owns it and uses a bullying mentality to back people down who live here and keep people away who want to Someone even took down the website in recent months to make it even harder to find information about the place Shes a spin doctor dont let her fool you Ill be reporting her to the housing authorityand owners once I can find that information today and every day after until something is done to rectify the situation Over the last year and a half I havent been able to even get on the waiting list which is the most ridiculous thing Ive heard in my decades of apartment hunting In my instance I left a series of cordial inquiries on the managements voicemail probably half a dozen over the course of a month or two Id call back during business hours to no answer many more times without leaving a message in hopes of catching Leah or anyone Finally I gave up and after the next 6 months of my overpriced lease almost expired I repeated this process in disbelief because who does this at a lowincome housing property I was finally able to reach Leah one day who rudely answered the phone Once I redescribed my situation she responds I know I remember your voice from your voicemails I was thinking then why would you make me go on about this if you could tell who I am and remembered What kind of game is this Who ARE you So I asked when I could meet to check out the apartments she claims to have availableyet will never let you apply or get on the waiting list forif that even exists and is usedand she told me I had to wait 6 months just to call back to get on THE WAITING LIST Ludicrous She never said the list was full or any other stipulation just that she couldnt put me on it now It made no earthly sense so it became clear to me that she is blocking people either for her own friends and family to occupy the residences or in the interest of keeping out certain racesgendersreligions from the building After you undergo this its very obvious there is discrimination happening Thanks for all of the frustration and negativity youve spawned Leah I never get enough out in the world so Im happy to receive more when looking for a home where I need to live more ... hide ...
