ProsnnI like the management most of all They are easy to talk to completely transparent and always on top of it Work orders are done online and repaired with in a couple of days I even called at 3AM for an emergency and maintenance showed up with in an hour They email for any little discrepancy and just in general they have a great system The manager Karen is professional and main handyman Rick is quality They are both super nicennNever had issues with packaging beforennStorage is available on propertynnFire system works one of the neighbors house started smoking at like 3AM someone kicked the door open and saved her Apparently she left a pan on the stove But the whole complex was evacuated because of the working fire alarm systemnnConsnDont lock your bike in the gated garage they will steal it Even though its gated by fob access Never seen a broken car windows though A homeless guy got in once and slept in the trash room But didnt get farther because there are fob doors after fob doorsnnIf you live downtown you understand the homeless issue is difficult to avoid But in general for the most part the complex does a really decent jobnnNo poolnnSmall GymnnThin Walls It doesnt really bother me but the lower neighbor had a hissy fit more ... hide ...

Big apts but the intercom I dont think its ever works at least as long as Ive been going there over 2 yrs Then the elevators hallways never vacuumed Could use some work

My husband and I stayed at the Casa Dorada in Cabo San Lucas for two weeks in the month of January We absolutely cannot say enough good things about our experience there The rooms are very spacious well appointed with a huge soaking tub and a very comfortable bed and awesome linens On top of the rooms being so great the food is absolutely delicious at every 2019-01-27T02:31:38Z
My husband and I stayed at the Casa Dorada in Cabo San Lucas for two weeks in the month of January We absolutely cannot say enough good things about our experience there The rooms are very spacious well appointed with a huge soaking tub and a very comfortable bed and awesome linens On top of the rooms being so great the food is absolutely delicious at every restaurant that we tried The sushi there is incredible And even the waiters accommodated making the special food for us if we requested Location is absolutely perfect you can walk to the beach or to the marina or downtown really easily What makes Casa Dorado so incredible is really the staff Everyone there is so nice and knowledgeable and willing to help Our favorite staff member was our poolside waiter named Gustavo He went out of his way to make sure that our stay there it was nothing short of extraordinary He knew our drinks as soon as we sat down and became friends with us the moment we met If you stay at Casa Dorado youll be a lucky person if he is your poolside waiter He is AWESOMEand made our stay even that much more memorable more ... hide ...

Cool apartments Parking sucks and we could use some updated appliances You can only live here for 5 years The goal is to become a home owner during those 5 years

This review is LONG over due I lived in this building for a span of 13yrs I moved out in December of 2019 I lived in 3 different units throughout my time living in this building and Ive seen it go from good to bad to worse and back again I cant say anything for the new leasing office team but I will say that during the time I lived in the building the tenant 2022-01-12T16:36:48Z
This review is LONG over due I lived in this building for a span of 13yrs I moved out in December of 2019 I lived in 3 different units throughout my time living in this building and Ive seen it go from good to bad to worse and back again I cant say anything for the new leasing office team but I will say that during the time I lived in the building the tenants were the worst Fire alarms would go off at least twice a week and this went on for years People would not clean up after their pets in the halls and in elevators The tenants would party and trash the community balcony causing the leasing management to close the community areas regularly The neighborhood was a campground for the homeless and if you were a female it was EXTREMELY dangerousnPacificap is your typical corporate landlord Not even located in the state they could care less about the condition of the building as long as you pay your rent and keep lining their pockets They dont really maintain the apartment building as well as they maintain the lobby First impressions are everything but dont let the lobby with the shiny floors and decor fool you The rest of the building is not well maintained Laundry facilities and elevators were always brokennAll that being said it was incredibly affordable compared to other downtown apartments at the time rent cost continued to increase with each new lease signing I dont think at the current rate it is worth it However the view could not be beat BEST view in Denver Its been 2 years since Ive moved and I have to say the thing I miss the most is that view more ... hide ...
